Author's Bringing Hope Convention

Convention Schedule:

Friday August 22, 2014

8am to 9am Authors breakfast (Your table tickets include 2 people for this breakfast)

9 am to 11 am: Signing for Cancer patients and personnel from Cancer Center

11 am to 7 pm Open Doors to public signing

We will be announcing raffle drawings and ticket prizes during the 2 O'clock hour

Saturday August 23, 2014

8am to 4pm Open doors to public signing

6pm Hors D'oeuvres are served

6:30 pm a catered Buffet Dinner will be served

7:30 pm Awards and speakers

After that there is dancing and party for the rest of the night. We will have a open cash bar from 6pm to 10pm.

Note: Please understand that there will be local Newspapers and radio stations attending this event as well. So anyone who is under pen names or undercover should be aware. This will most likely be a public event. Including TV channels as well. Due to the wonderful display of love for The Cancer center.
